Joe, thank you again for helping us out when trouble started with our slow computer. I am glad that you suggested to switch servers (Internet Providers). I had no idea our computer could work so fast until we switched. Also thank you for helping us find the right computer for our grandson who needed special programs on it for his college courses. He is very happy with it. Least but not last, when our printer died last month after 15 years you helped me find a reasonable replacement and stepped in when we could not connect it correctly.

I have to tell you what a pleasant business relationship you have developed with our family. My wife and daughter both say "It sure is great having Joe as our computer person!"  Amazingly, you always seem to be available for telephone consultation and even more amazing is that you never insist on compensation after correcting the problem or simply providing reassurance that "Oh, that's not a problem" or That is easily fixed: here is what to do."

Before we knew of you, we had another guy who couldn't even decipher why our speakers were not outputting. He tried a couple of times, looked at the connections and and even said we probably needed a sound card.  That guy's fee was $85 per hour! My daughter's fiancé found the problem; in fact, it was a disconnected wire.

What I like most is that you correct the problem and are willing to slowly explain what you are doing and what you did to 70-year olds and to provide instructions in hard copy. What a refreshing idea!

I met Joe approximately one year ago when I had a system crash. After replacing the HD and printer, Joe came to my home and set my computer using his “Safe Setup Service”.  This service now protects my computer from malware on the Internet & virus in my email, also automatic software updates.  I haven’t had any problems with my system and feel so relieved to know that I am running a much safer computer. My computer runs so smooth and seems to be much happier, also the operator.
